Why Private-Pay, Stated Plainly
Luxoria Recovery is out of network and does not accept TRICARE, TriWest, or VA community care funding. We say that up front because your time deserves a straight answer. Most of our guests choose to pay privately to remain fully discreet, and we do accept some out-of-network insurance policies upon request. What private pay buys is the model itself: five beds instead of fifty, 60 hours of individual therapy instead of group programming, no paperwork moving through any system, and discretion protected by NDA.
For officers and veteran executives who can choose, the choice is the point: care that is finally, fully about you, delivered at an intensity no conventional facility matches. Do you accept TRICARE or VA benefits?
No. Luxoria Recovery does not accept TRICARE, TriWest, or VA community care funding. Why would a veteran choose private-pay rehab?

Do you treat PTSD alongside substance use?
Substance use is our primary focus, with co-occurring concerns such as PTSD, anxiety, and depression addressed as integrated secondary work, delivered one-on-one by senior clinicians. The two are treated together because for many veterans they arrived together.
Is there group therapy with other veterans?
No. There is no traditional group therapy at Luxoria, by design. Officers are practiced at maintaining bearing in front of others, and a group gets the rank, not the person. Your work here is private and individual: 60 hours alone with senior clinicians over 20 days.
How long is the stay?
The core stay is 28 days and 27 nights: arrive Sunday, begin Monday, depart on a Friday, with therapy Monday through Saturday and Sunday for reflection. Stays extend up to 90 days when more time is right.
